• - It was an historic week in Parliament as we saw the first Budget ever to be delivered by a woman Chancellor, Rachel Reeves. She announced a raft of policies, including increases to the minimum wage and investment in the NHS. As Chair of the Treasury Select Committee I will scrutinising the budget closely - including next week when the Chancellor appears before the Committee.
• - I welcomed a group of students from Hackney to Westminster for my annual "Westminster Experience Day".
• - At PMQs I raised the situation of the 3,500 families in Hackney living in temporary accommodation.
