Domestic abuse is a tragedy, there were 29 domestic abuse killings in London last year.

A joint committee of Lords and MPs has been set up to undertake pre-legislative scrutiny of the draft Domestic Abuse Bill.  This is when experts are called to give evidence about how the legislation can be improved before MPs consider it in the House of Commons.

The Home Office and Ministry of Justice conducted a joint consultation on domestic abuse from 8 March to 31 May 2018.

The NHS Parliamentary Awards recognise NHS frontline staff for their continued hard work.
